Our client is looking for a 1st/2nd Line Help-desk Engineer, with Apple Mac and Windows Support experience.

You need to be able to demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and have a passion for problem-solving and thinking on your feet. Our technical support consultancy is based in contemporary offices near Fenchurch Street, London.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
This is a growing MSP based in the heart of London who are specialise in providing a bespoke service for their clients across the City and West End of London primarily within the Financial Services and Education sectors. ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will provide 1st and 2nd line telephone/remote technical support to clients from our Office in Clerkenwell. You will need to be able to plan and prioritise your own workload effectively and have the ability to quickly respond to changing client needs. The job requires a high level of analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly.

You must have proven experience of troubleshooting Apple Mac issues, have knowledge of OS X, iOS devices, Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, basic networking, storage, backup, email hosting. You need to demonstrate experience of delivering excellent customer service alongside professional standards of written and oral communication. These skills and your self-motivation are just as important as your technical ability.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
* Troubleshooting
* macOS experience
* Windows & Windows Server experience
* Third-party software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
* Routers, switches and wireless access points
* Basic Networking
* Backup software (e.g. CrashPlan, Carbon Copy Cloner, Veeam)
* Online email hosting (Office 365)
