This is the ideal role for a motivated professional, with a strong skill set that includes experience of Microsoft desktop and server products looking to further their career within a leading company.

The IT support position will be required to deliver exceptional support to the company’s internal customers through the help-desk. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, IT Support will be responsible for keeping the team appraised of issues and escalating where necessary.
IT Support will be responsible for all help-desk requests that are entered into the system by internal customers. These duties include but are not limited to hardware setup and configuration, software setup and troubleshooting, network analysis and troubleshooting, active directory administration, new user setup and server administration. IT Support must carry out their duties ensuring efficient management of time and providing a high level of quality.
The IT Support role requires someone that is confident and is able to work without supervision and deliver a high-quality service to our internal customers.

Key responsibilities:
1.Remote technical Support (40%)
2.Face-to-Face Customer Support (60%)

·Daily and weekly backup confirmations and resolution of issues
·Help-desk reporting to IT Operations Manager
·Microsoft Active Directory new user setup and leavers
·Help-desk hardware and software support escalations
·Microsoft Active Directory new user setup and leavers
·Microsoft Active Directory group policy deployment
·Minor application updates on key applications and deemed appropriate
·Desktop support
·Desktop relocation
·Antivirus management and deployment
·Hardware testing and deployment (Printers, USB devices)
·Key software deployment
·Building and configuration of workstation environment

Desired Qualifications:
·At least 12 months providing IT support, including first line and second line support
·Experience with Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, Windows Server 2008-2012, Microsoft Exchange (2010 – 2016), Windows 7, Windows 10
·Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting network issues
·High quality Customer support experience
