ABOUT THE ROLE

The client is looking to hire a Service Desk Analyst that will have a passion for technology, process improvement, and business transformation along with a desire to relentlessly champion best practices in a hyper-growth and dynamic environment.

Above all, this is a role requiring high levels of entrepreneurial drive plus astute commercial awareness in order to support a high growth service-oriented business.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will have the below skills and experiences:

*Responding to end-user queries (calls, emails, tickets and alerts), investigate these using troubleshooting skills to identify the root cause of issues, identify and implement fixes.
*Logging tickets into the Service Desk ticketing tool completely and efficiently.
*Communicating and escalating to other team members or 3rd parties as and when required.
*Provide support for IT issues and requests via phone, email or other support technologies.
*Ensure incidents and requests are completed in line with KPI targets and SLA objectives.
*Perform software installations and updates on-site, at remote offices, retail stores and home offices.
*Perform hardware maintenance (builds, upgrades and repairs) on-site, remote offices, retail stores.
*Create and maintain all appropriate service desk documentation
*Manage the support of but not limited to PC’s, Laptops, Servers, Photocopiers, Printers, Backups, Office 365, Active Directory, Phone System etc.
*Actively promote IT in a positive light.
*Understand and abide by Company and departmental rules, policies and procedures.
*To carry out other duties as requested by management at the time to time.
