We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Tier 2 Service Desk Analyst for an exciting IT service provider.

You will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance with workstation hardware and software for head office and remote users. You will be part of a diverse organization with huge opportunities and significant opportunity for continuous learning and progression.

With various technologies to work with, this is a role which will never get boring.

You will possess the following key competencies and skills:

*Virtualization Technologies (VMware)
*Windows Server 2008/2012 – Administration
*Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013
*Active Directory – Maintenance
*Firewalls and network security (pref Cisco, Juniper ScreenOS, SonicWall)
*Multiple VLAN network solutions (pref HP, Cisco)
*Wireless Access Solutions (pref Meraki, Cisco)

ABOUT YOU
As a Service Desk Analyst at this level, you will ideally come from a manged service background and be responsible for maintaining the quality of the end user experience, acting as an effective point of contact from the business to the business customer. Ensuring customer service standards represent value to the business.
