Are you keen to join a dynamic and friendly Managed Service Provider in Borough? Our growing client is looking for an experienced engineer to join their team who is coming from a Managed Service Provider background.

You will join their highly experienced and dynamic support team providing exceptional customer service and high quality technical assistance. Main responsibilities will involve remote or on-site support for desktop and network infrastructure.
You will need to be a strong 2nd Line Engineer keen to work in a business where technology means everything. You will need to be assertive, bright and passionate about IT. Having the ability to learn new technologies and work within a challenging and exciting environment is key. As well as excelling in customer service, you will be technical and keen to stretch your skills

·Networking – WAN/LAN troubleshooting
