About the Role
The role is to support the IT Infrastructure at their offices based in Sidcup. You will find below the required skill set to be considered for this role:
· Excellent communication & people skills
· Microsoft & MAC desktop & server support
· Remote helpdesk
· Windows OS 7, 8 & 10
· Windows Server OS 2003 – 2012 r2
· Active Directory
· Exchange & Office365
· Microsoft Office
· Smartphones / tablets
· Call handling & escalation, SLA awareness
· Quick learner, excellent troubleshooting skills
· Team player, autonomous & ambitious achiever
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, eager to learn and someone with excellent attention to detail. As the client is an MSP, someone who has experience working in a similar environment will fit in well here.
