We are looking for an ambitious and experienced 2nd line support engineer for an established marketing and advertising agency. You will have the opportunity to work on IT projects and contribute to enhancing and developing the IT provision across the business. You will have strong knowledge of and possess the following key competencies:

·Strong 2nd line IT skills with experience providing IT support in a fast-paced commercial business
·Support Mac OSX, Windows 10 and Windows 7 operating systems
·Utilise Casper and Team Viewer remote management tools
·Manage and troubleshoot Office 365 and other cloud-based systems (Adobe and Google)
·Proficient to 2nd line in Exchange 2008-2013, office 2010-2013, Active directory, VOIP Telephony administration
·Must have experience in service desk tools such as Manage Engine, Service Now, Cherwell, Remedy or similar
·Must have skills in using software deployment/PC management and imaging tools
·Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software faults, virus and malware infection
·Printer/video conferencing support
·Asset management
·Networking TCP/IP, DNS, physical patching and troubleshooting
·Proven ability to provide a high level of customer service
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·Able to use initiative as well as work as part of a team
·Ability to manage workload efficiently

As a 2nd Line Engineer, you will have a proven track record in the effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of Windows systems hardware and software as well as related infrastructure. The IT Support Technician is responsible for resolving support requests as well as meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands. IT Support staff work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment which provides services over the phone, through e-mail, phone, and in person. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality of the end user experience, acting as an effective point of contact from the business to the business customer. Ensuring customer service standards represent value to the business.
