About the role
·To provide third level support to high level for a varied calibre of customers and personnel.
·Ensuring that incidents are resolved in a timely manner to meet defined service level targets.
·Strong planning, organising and prioritising abilities
·Proactively help resolve tickets where required.
·To participate as a project resource as and when required
·You will also support first/second line team to resolve issues that come into the service desk acting as a primary point of escalation for more challenging issues
· Windows server 2008 R2/2012 R2, Windows 7/8
·Microsoft Exchange 2010
·Storage – SAN’s
·Cisco/HP switch technology
·Office 365 and Azure
·Networking – LAN/WAN/ technologies including routing and fault finding
