We are looking for an Account Executive to join the Apprenticeships and Training arm of our multi award-winning company!
This is your chance to join one of the leading apprenticeship and training providers in London, who offer our clients solutions that no-one else can, by providing a unique blend of solutions supported by our partnerships with Microsoft, BCS, ILM, CompTIA and City & Guilds. Unlike many providers, we can offer recruitment solutions, apprenticeships, functional skills, short courses, levy consultancy, and privately funded options for individuals. As a group, we are truly unique – ensuring our account teams are given every opportunity to find the right solutions for our customers. We are looking for a Client Development Executive who is equally as entrepreneurial and solutions orientated, and, just as importantly, fun-loving!
Our Account Executive develops new customer relationships and expands existing business opportunities.
You will do this by delivering highly competent consultative solutions of learning and development benefits to businesses. We want you to be excited about finding the right answers and creating sustainable business opportunities – not selling a solution that doesn’t fit!
You are ultimately responsible for both generating new business opportunities and nurturing long term relationships with customers – you must be able to clearly demonstrate success in identifying new business opportunities and dealing with sophisticated buyers in a fast-moving environment, and some of your duties will include intelligent marketing, face to face meetings and business development telephone calling. You will promote the Just IT and Skills Team portfolio of products and services through strategic partners, re-sellers and existing clients.
It would be great if you have industry experience, but we provide excellent training so a similar role in another industry would be significant as well if you can multi-task and deliver several projects concurrently.
This is a key role that you can continue to develop upwards in. We want you to grow with us!

·To research and deliver highly skilled face to face solutions for customers.
·Maintaining all relevant management information on our systems correctly – quality data makes you money, so cherish it.
·To take ownership of your plan to deliver to your goals and targets – we want business people – not someone who does a job.
·To participate in the whole recruitment process!
·Highly developed written sales skills
·You must be an excellent communicator, reliable, tolerant, and determined
·You should have an entrepreneurial spirit and determination
·Be confident and have a strong sense of direction
·To be trustworthy and honest
·You must have the ability to operate well and contribute to a strong team environment
·You must have a strong understanding of sales processes
·Have good attention to detail
·An understanding of Government funding/recruitment models would be great, but is not essential
