Application Support Analyst, Large Global Retailer – LONDON – £30,000 – £35,000

Your responsibilities will include:
·Perform daily applications support.
·Convert user requirements into solutions, work out functional business requirement specifications, interface specifications or system configuration specifications
·Assist in project management, Application implementations, new business implementations or technology enhancements of IT systems and solutions
·Prepare test plans, perform and support testing on application and assist business user to perform UAT
·Assist in analyse and implement process improvement initiatives and keep tracking the change requests and provide status reports to management
·Accountable for delivery in order to ensure time, cost and functional meet business needs.
·You will have a Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Business Information Systems or equivalent
·At least 3 years relevant working experience with ERP or Finance System.
·NAV or Dynamic AX hands on support experience is preferred.
·Good questioning technique and be able to handle complex issues independently
·You should have a strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skills
·Be self-motivated and have good problem solving-skills.
·Have experience in compile simple SQL statement.
