Want to work in a fast-paced challenging environment on real-time financial systems?

A global financial company is looking for a talented Application Support Engineer to provide 3rd line software and database support across multiple business critical applications including real-time front office trading systems.

You will also be given multiple projects to manage in this autonomous, entrepreneurial, interesting and challenging role. This can include patching and upgrading the systems, importing and exporting internal and external data and data warehousing. You will be monitoring errors and faults, debugging errors and faults, occasionally escalating this to the development team.

You will provide 3rd line application and database support troubleshooting software, SQL Server 2008-12, MySQL, T-SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PowerShell, Windows, FIX messaging, Windows & Unix / Linux.
