We are looking for a Candidate Engagement Consultant to join the Apprenticeships arm of our multi-award-winning company!

Your role will be to build and maintain relationships with candidates through a diverse range of support, from the start of their journey to the point of a job offer. You will be expected to facilitate this process through a variety of different duties.

Since 2001 we have helped over 6000 people launch their careers in the Tech and Digital industries and supported their further development with our blend of training and recruitment services. We are seeking someone with a passion for their work in resourcing.
Position Overview

As a Candidate Engagement Consultant, you will work as part of the Candidate Engagement team. Your primary focus is on contacting and screening apprenticeship candidates to support the start of a candidate’s journey to the point of a job offer.
You will be required to combine telephone skills with a consultative screening approach to build relationships with candidates and effectively screen them for the Just IT apprenticeship programme.

Main Tasks

·Direct liaison with the Sales team to establish candidate suitability for new and existing opportunities
·Liaising with candidates via phone, email, SMS and face-to-face via internal CRM system ‘Infinity.’
·Maintaining all relevant management information systems such as Infinity CRM system
·Screening candidates according to our criteria and inviting them into open seminar days at Just IT
·Confirming candidate attendance for all Registration days via phone, email and SMS
·Create registers for registration days
·Checking all paperwork from registration sessions and auditing for any errors
·Accurately managing and maintaining candidate spreadsheets using Excel
·Participate in the recruitment process of apprentices by supporting the registration days when needed.
·Onboarding employed status and big cohorts
·Run a Registration days
·Service calls to candidates
·Auditing the paperwork and working closely with compliance and operation team
·Cross referencing prior learning.
