Client Development Executive – Award-Winning IT Trainer – Central London – up to £30K

We are looking for a Client Development Executive to join the Apprenticeships and Training arm of our multi award-winning company!

Unlike many providers we can offer recruitment solutions, apprenticeships, functional skills, short courses, levy consultancy, and privately funded options for individuals. As a group we are truly unique – ensuring our account teams are given every opportunity to find the right solutions for our customers. We are looking for a Client Development Executive who is equally as entrepreneurial and solutions orientated, and, just as importantly, fun-loving!

Position Overview

Our Client Development Executives drive new business and client relationships, and the expansion of existing customers within the IT and Digital Apprenticeship sector and our recruitment divisions.

You are ultimately responsible for both generating new business opportunities and nurturing long term relationships with customers – you must be able to clearly demonstrate success in identifying new business opportunities and dealing with sophisticated buyers in a fast-moving environment, and some of your duties will include cold calling, making appointments with prospective clients who are interested in utilising all our solutions, and meeting them.
Ideally you will be experienced within our sectors, but we have great training, so a similar role in another industry would be great as well if you are able to multi-task and deliver several projects concurrently.
This is a key role that you can continue to develop in or move into an account management with. We want you to grow with us!

·To understand the wants and needs of the customer and help design appropriate engagement response – you should be capable of asking great questions and listening!

·To have great communication skills and have the ability to work on your own initiative
·To be able to multi task and handle several different prospects at any one time

·To have a proven track record within sales – if you are great, prove it!

·Have good attention to detail
·An understanding of Government funding/recruitment models would be great, but is not essential
