My client is looking for an ambitious Cloud Support Analyst as they are expanding their support team to support their wide range of users.

You will need to be a bright and enthusiastic individual to work in their office based in West Kensington. Based in West London, this company has a great location with great facilities and opportunities abound.

You will be providing support to external partners and internal staff on a variety of cloud-based tools, primarily Sales-force and Google

·Resolving all 1st line support queries that relate to user set-up, data management, bugs and maintenance & support of projects tasks in UAT and Production
·Escalating to 2nd line relating to major issue resolution, enhancement of existing functionality and small project requests
·Act as a functional tester for the IT team when required
·Offer flexible support hours to cover morning and evening support when required
·Support the IT Partnership Manager and IT team to implement a tailored and scalable Salesforce solution
·Undertake support documentation for resolved issues and support processes

You will need previous experience as a Cloud Support Analyst with previous experience of user support for Salesforce with a diverse and extensive user base. You will also have proficiency with standard administration including reporting, object and field level knowledge, sharing rules and profile setup.
