My client is looking for an ambitious Cloud Support Analyst as they are expanding their support team to support their wide range of users.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be providing support to external partners and internal staff on a variety of cloud-based tools, primarily Sales-force and Google
·Resolving all 1st line support queries that relate to user set-up, data management, bugs and maintenance & support of projects tasks in UAT and Production
·Escalating to 2nd line relating to major issue resolution, enhancement of existing functionality and small project requests
·Act as a functional tester for the IT team when required
·Offer flexible support hours to cover morning and evening support when required
·Support the IT Partnership Manager and IT team to implement a tailored and scalable Salesforce solution
·Undertake support documentation for resolved issues and support processes
You will need previous experience as a Cloud Support Analyst with previous experience of user support for Salesforce with a diverse and extensive user base. You will also have proficiency with standard Salesfoce.com administration including reporting, object and field level knowledge, sharing rules and profile setup.
