Our client is looking for an analyst to join their team and become an effective arm of the client delivery team, you will be expected to refine and deepen your knowledge of our client’s methodologies and working practices.
A successful candidate will build upon knowledge learnt during time with the training academy and be capable of taking an active role in developing and supporting the Graduate Analysts. Regular tasks will include requesting, processing, checking and analysis of data from different and often totally dissimilar sources.
Our clients Analysts are expected to take a central role in the building of base models and initial data interrogation. They are then expected to help compile results for the purpose of client delivery and to interpret those results forming opinions, implications and then assist in generating recommendations. Our client expects analysts to attend client debriefs and be able to communicate with clients via phone and e-mail.
For this role you need to have great communication skills to work effectively within a small team, you will also need good time management skills and a good eye for detail. Ultimately you need to have a passion for technology and the desire to learn new things and keep improving your skills.
·Extraction, manipulation, analysis and validation of data, programming and batch files.
·Building of models and validating those models, calculating effects on sales, returns on investment and optimizing media.
·Create presentations: Including all content, findings summaries and accuracy checks.
·Interpretation of results and rationale, recommendations and translation of results from analytics into an actionable recommendation.
·Organising internal and external meetings as well as participation and attendance as required, leading meetings, taking minutes and planning agendas.
·Project and Resource Management including planning timings, allocating tasks and delivering projects.
·Developing the team and offering support, collaboration with the team, leadership and communication.
·Innovating, creating improvements to process, developing products, training.
·New business development, retaining clients, planning business development, management and research
