Are you a Graduate Analyst looking to get your foot in the door of an exciting global marketing foresight consultancy? If that’s you then we need to connect!

Our client is on the look-out for a Graduate Analyst to fit in to their expanding client delivery team. With on the job training you will be expected to continuously develop your technical skills and knowledge of our client’s working practices and methodology. If your attitude and drive match the aforementioned skills and knowledge then you will have the right stuff to pass the probationary period. During this period you will contribute to the preparation, checking and analysis of data; including building base models and assisting the team in compiling final results for the purpose of client delivery. We think it is also important to contribute to our client’s culture and take part in activities available to you such as knowledge shares; being positive and inquisitive is a must.

ABOUT YOU
For this role you need to have great communication skills to work effectively within a small team, you will also need good time management skills and a good eye for detail. Ultimately you need to have a passion for technology and the desire to learn new things and keep improving your skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Extraction, manipulation, analysis and validation of data, programming and batch files.
·Building of models and validating those models, calculating effects on sales, returns on investment and optimizing media.
·Create presentations: Including all content, findings summaries and accuracy checks.
·Interpretation of results and rationale, recommendations and translation of results from analytics into an actionable recommendation.
·Organising internal and external meetings as well as participation and attendance as required, leading meetings, taking minutes and planning agendas.
·Project and Resource Management including planning timings, allocating tasks and delivering projects.
·Developing the team and offering support, collaboration with the team, leadership and communication.
·Innovating, creating improvements to process, developing products, training.
·New business development, retaining clients, planning business development, management and research
