Our client is looking for a IT Support Analyst, with Apple Mac and Windows Support experience.
You need to be able to demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and have a passion for problem-solving and thinking on your feet. This is an opportunity to work in West London for a Global organisation.

This is one of, if not the largest Brand Marketing Agency in the world. The kind of clients they represent are well known retail and celebrity brands. They work with brands under kids, men’s and women’s fashion, footware & accessories and brand management.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will provide 1st and 2nd line telephone/desktop technical support to users in the office based in Bayswater. You will need to be able to plan and prioritise your own workload effectively and assist with project workloads as and when needed. The job requires a high level of analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly.
The role will be working with Windows and Mac (50/50 split) where you will assist with analysis and resolution of software and hardware faults.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
* macOS experience
* Active Directory
* Microsoft Office & Office 365
* TCP/IP networking including DHS & DHCP
* Mobil devices including iPhones and iPads
