We are looking for an experienced, hands on IT Systems and Applications Administrator for a rapidly growing gift wholesaler. You will be responsible for optimising systems and associated processes to support the future direction of a leading international design-led producer and distributor of party products, employing over 60 staff, in London, New York and Shanghai.

With various technologies to work with, this is a role which will never get boring.

Primary responsibilities:

*IT Service Support – business applications and systems include: PIMRa (PLM), WinMan (ERP), Shopify Website, PixSell, Brandwise, Office 365 and all systems integrations
*Set up and maintenance of client PCs, printers and telephony including first level support/response (with escalation to 3rd parties)
*Business Reporting inc. use of Excel & SQL Reporting Services (implement a business interface that is both intuitive and graphic)
*Delivery of Systems (new systems implementation working to agile methodology)
*To be an active player in IT Strategy moving forwards (review and improve IT systems to ensure core business processes meet and exceed growth requirements)

You will have strong knowledge of and possess the following key competencies:


*3-6 years working in IT service / applications delivery & support
*Worked in Wholesale/Retail – supply chain systems & processes
*Experience with ERP
*Business Reporting – development & support, working with the business to improve reporting
*Hands-on IT support – full range of end-user support from service provisioning to retirement
*Budgeting and negotiation skills
*SQL Reporting


*Formal IT and/or programme processes e.g. ITIL Foundation / AGILE
*Experience of Apple Macs in a Windows network environment
*Microsoft server technologies including Office 365
*Management of third party vendors and service providers (from selection, through execution to closeout)
*Experience of E-Commerce and Trade globally
*Experience of changing Legacy systems – from support through to replacement
*Ability to define and manage change within IT Governance processes


This is a new position for an ambitious and capable candidate to make their mark. You will be responsible for all core business applications systems (software and hardware) globally, ensuring all are available with maximum uptime, and driving system change as necessary to support business efficiency, 25% YoY business growth and customer service.
Working in partnership with the business to understand corporate priorities and objectives, you will translate them into effective support strategies and visions for developing and modernising the application ecosystem.

The role will include liaison with 3rd party application providers (ERP) and IT service providers.
