Junior Data Analyst – Financial Sector – Central London – Up to £28K

This is an exciting opportunity for graduates to be part of a team in a multi-faceted role. You will be managing the on-going relationships with clients, who range from Investment Banks, Hedge Funds and other trading institutions, onboarding new clients, analysing trade data from investment banks, hedge funds and other trading institutions and assisting with the ongoing development and growth of the company.

The role is highly client facing so, although programming experience and Excel skills are a bonus, candidates will be judged primarily on their analytical mindset, communication and problem-solving abilities.
You will constantly seek to develop yourself by learning new technologies to keep you ahead of the curve and ahead of your competitors.

Essential Skills:
– Maths or Economics degree, 2:1 or above
– Very strong understanding of Excel
– Programming skills in Python or Matlab
– Knowledge of SQL
– Excellent client-facing skills

You must be a professional and confident individual as some of your role will involve speaking with prestigious clients. Someone who is highly analytical and enjoys a challenge will really enjoy this role.
