We are looking for an experienced Network Administrator for an exciting and innovative Block Chain Ecommerce company. You will be part of a diverse organization with huge opportunities and significant opportunity for continuous learning and progression, that use the latest technologies.

As a Network Administrator, you will have a background in maintaining reliable, secure and efficient data communication networks to help the company push the boundaries of what is possible with Block-chain. The ideal candidate will be able to deploy, configure, maintain and monitor all active network equipment to ensure smooth network operation.

Key responsibilities:
·Fully supporting, configuring, maintaining and upgrading corporate
·customer’s networks and in-house servers
·Installing and integrating new server hardware and applications
·Keeping an eye out for needed updates
·Support and administer third-party applications
·Ensure network security and connectivity
·Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
·Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords
·Resolve problems reported by end user
·Define network policies and procedures
·Specify system requirements and design solutions
·Research and make recommendations on server system administration

You will need:
·Proven experience in a network administrator role
·Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching, within a Cisco environment
·Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure
·Experience with firewalls (palo alto) Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired.
·Palo Alto experience would be desirable.
·Ability to set up and configure server hardware
·Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
·Great at organising, prioritising and multitasking
·Cisco training- CCNA certified or higher
·BSc degree in Computer Science or related field
