The company is a very cool Ed Tech company. They are different. Their products are used by students from the top universities in the UK.
Your main role would be to conceive test plans, test cases and automated tests, closely working with the Software Development team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of APIs and Selenium and experience in working within an Agile environment.
·Planning and documenting test cases in collaboration with the product owner and developers
·Creating automated acceptance tests for Web Applications (Selenium, WebDriverIO) and automated tests of APIs
·Performing manual or exploratory testing in specific situations
·Encouraging the best practices, TDD and BDD within the team
·Identifying and documenting defects
·Conceiving the strategies at the level of QA Department
Key skills and experience:
·Degree in Computer Science or similar or equivalent experience
·Experience in writing automated acceptance tests using Selenium / WebDriverIO for Web Applications
·Very good knowledge of TDD, BDD and the afferent best practices
·Understanding of mobile applications and the suitable tests
·Nice to have: Cucumber, Gherkin, Postman, Appium, Jest, Browserstack, MYSQL, AWS, Penetration Testing, OWASP familiarity. Python
