We are looking for a Resourcer to join the Apprenticeships arm of our multi award-winning company!
Your role will be to build and maintain relationships with candidates through a diverse range of support, from the start of their journey to the point of a job offer. You will be expected to facilitate this process through a variety of different duties.
Since 2001 we have helped over 6000 people launch their careers in the Tech and Digital industries and supporting their further development with our blend of training and recruitment services. Our mission has always been to make IT happen, but as the business grows, it is vital that we continue to put our people at the centre of our strategy. We are seeking someone with a passion for their work in resourcing.
Our Resources drive candidate relationships, activity, and fee generation. You will focus on managing new and existing candidate relationships and being involved in the hiring process. Working within the Apprenticeships team, you will have individual goals to deliver to contribute to a team target, and ultimately, to make you successful. Your duties will include running support sessions weekly, undertaking CV consultations, and conversing with candidates via email, phone and face-to-face.
We operate an environment where you should be able to work autonomously when needed, but also be able to help support and drive your team forward.
·Direct liaison with the Sales team to establish candidate suitability for new and existing opportunities
·Coaching and assessing candidates on soft skills through a range of support sessions
·Gathering information on newly registered candidate’s availability
·Establishing positive working relationships with candidates
·Supporting and delivering CV consultations
·Being quick to problem solve and provide solutions to the Sales team
·Inputting data into Excel to produce more accurate information for sales floor benefit
·Being on hand to reply to all current candidate’s enquiries
·Opportunity to liaise with and attending client meetings
·Working towards a 50% fill rate of roles sourced to candidates securing employment
·Reporting performance to Resourcing Team Leader
·Being able to use the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
·Must be highly professional, well presented and provide an excellent first impression of Just IT
·You must be reliable, conscientious and be able to work independently and as part of a team
·High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Solutions orientated
·Manage time effectively, prioritising tasks and able to work towards strict deadlines
·Must be able to present in front of an audience
·You must be able to show continuous drive & determination
·You must be an advocate and supporter of positive change when needed
