We are looking for a Resourcer to join our multi award-winning company!

This is your chance to join a consultancy who offer our clients solutions that no-one else can, from providing bespoke priced recruitment campaigns and hosted interviews, our own IT labs, technical testing, and training candidates for their individual needs.

As part of our successful team, you will help to drive candidate relationships, our activity, brand, and fee generation. Some of your duties will include working towards your agreed objectives and targets, finding the best developers on the market for our clients, getting involved with team and company initiatives and ensuring a high level of service all round.
Not only this but you will get to take part in our aim to be the most consultative and service orientated recruiter in London. It’s a bold ambition and to achieve it, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer who is motivated, entrepreneurial, solutions orientated and, just as importantly, fun-loving.

Position Overview

Our Resources drive candidate relationships, activity, and fee generation. You will focus on scouting the market for top software developers, managing new and existing candidate relationships, and being involved in the recruitment process. Working within the Development team, you will have individual goals to deliver to contribute to a team target, and ultimately, to make you successful. We operate an environment where you should be able to work autonomously when needed, but also be able to help support and drive your team forward.

Main Tasks

·To generate high-quality candidates using mediums such as job boards, social media and Linkedin
·To generate referrals for the team
·To meet and manage your candidate pool effectively
·To effectively cross-sell all aspects of Just IT Group
·To achieve set targets, and deliver on agreed objectives
·To be a brand champion for JITR
·To evaluate and manage performance levels in line with company expectations
·To ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed

·Be willing to create objectives to be checked by your Team Leader
·To help develop and test ideas for improving performance
·To show pro-activeness in integrating new starters into the business
·You must be able to exceed your revenue expectations – be in the green zone
·You must be able to deliver strong ratios for yourself and your team
·You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
·To have the ability to deal with lots of different types of clients in a professional manner
·To have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
