We are currently recruiting for a managed service provider client based in central London.

Their developers are integral to the success of their business. As a developer, you will work with the development team on the design and realisation of complex customer solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and integrating other Microsoft Solutions and third-party innovations

RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Work with limited direction, usually within a complex environment, to drive delivery of solutions and meet service levels
·Coordinate other developers and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions.
·Work closely with various IT and business stakeholders to drive and/or facilitate development of requirements, specifications, and use cases for assigned projects.
·Implement best development practices for efficiency like leveraging re-use, eliminating duplicative components, efficient architectural design.
·Create documentation and procedures while maintaining best practices and following Visa’s methodology for development, installation, and maintenance.
·Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with strong experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM C#.Net coding and JavaScript
·Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Online) and premises
·Design, develop, maintain and run automated tests to ensure the solution is functioning as intended and to documented specifications
·Scrum development methodology knowledge and experience
·Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM
·Demonstrated proficiency in installing and deploying CRM Organizations, customizing and creating CRM entities, understanding and implementing business workflows and processes and using either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
·Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as software engineering, computer science, information technology

SKILLS REQUIRED:
·Proven ability to work well in a team environment, and be self-directed
·Demonstrated understanding of the software development process (both waterfall and agile) including the role and importance of various levels of testing, including smoke, functional, regression, user acceptance
·Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to interact with non-technical staff
·Problem analysis and problem solving
·Well organised and detail oriented
