Service Desk Manager – Central London – up to £42,000 p/a

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Manager to join a leading Property Management service based in Central London.
The central aspect of the role will include working within the Service Desk Team, manage them and help their growth.

Key Responsibilities

·Manage a team of 10 people
·Implement and manage new ITIL processes
·Drive continuous improvement and high quality
·Ensure service levels and KPIs are aligned to business outcomes
·Manage escalations and major incidents

Required Experience

·Strong service desk and leadership skills
·Experience in managing teams of 5+ staff
·Experience in Change and problem management
