Service Desk Manager – IT Manager – Helpdesk Manager – Legal Firm – City of London – Up to £55,000 + bonus/benefits

Are you a Legal experienced Team Leader or Service Desk Manager looking for a new challenge in a technically demanding environment?

My client is a city based legal firm who have gone through a whole infrastructure refresh and restructure, and are looking for a technically savvy Leader who is looking to combine their technical skills, alongside their management experience.

The role will be heavily weighted toward managerial and process implementation. However, you will have to pick up some escalations from now and then.

You will be looking after a service desk of 6 Engineers, who will be looking to you for guidance and mentoring.

Requirements:
·Managerial or Team Lead experience
·Ability to design and provide training programs for your team
·Worked on a range of projects, from OS upgrades to vendor selection/management
·ITIL awareness

Technologies:
·Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 10.
·Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
·Microsoft Server 2012/2016
·Document management system iManage (Desksite/Worksite).
·Knowledge and support of RICOH and HP Printers.
·Knowledge of Cisco telephony and Cisco Video Conferencing
·Experience with troubleshooting network printers, MFPs and copiers
