You will need to be a strong Infrastructure Analyst or IT Manager keen to work in a business where technology means everything.
You will need knowledge and experience in:
*Experience of mentoring other IT professionals
*Good communication skills
*Ability to deal with business users at all levels
*Desktop Administration experience
*AWS
*Office 365
*Active Directory
*Mac/Window hybrid environments
*Experience in managing suppliers
*Helpdesk ownership
*Track record of excellent customer service
*Knowledge of security best practices
*Proactive issue management
*Experience of SQL Server Analysis Services

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an IT Manager, you will predominately to doing the role of:

*Implementing a program of continuous improvement for the support team ranging from technical and automated enhancements, support desk reporting vs. SLAs and customer service
*Take ownership of security practices and staff training, working closing with our current partners
*Working with network specialists (internal and external) to optimise the network for the evolving business
*Mentoring the internal team in best practice
*Managing 12 external partners and suppliers across the world
*Work closely with the head of the development team to ensure new features are supported
