We are searching for a Talent Partner to join our multi award-winning company and expanding the internal recruitment team. You will be responsible for hiring great members of staff into one of London’s leading training, apprenticeship and recruitment providers.
Since 2001 we have helped over 6000 people launch their careers in the Tech and Digital industries and supporting their further development with our blend of training and recruitment services. Our mission has always been to make IT happen, but as the business grows it is vital that we continue to put our people at the centre of our strategy. We are seeking someone with a passion for hiring the best people for our company.
The sourcing and acquisition of talent is a critical part of our business – after all, it is people that make our plans. We want someone who cares about the success of the people that they have helped to hire, which means that you won’t just be responsible for hiring, but will also take part in onboarding, and possibly some training. You will want to be a key person in our business and want to understand how innovative and influential you can be in this role.
This role focusses on the acquisition of our sales and support staff across the Just IT Group.
·Helping manage the hiring plan. Do amazing things to attract the best people for Just IT Group.
·The screening and 1st interviews for the business.
·Achieving hiring headcount and continue to advise new hires for a successful probation period.
·Help devises successful recruitment strategies.
·Help to successfully deliver sales training and people development.
·Ensuring that hiring/onboarding processes and compliance procedures are followed.
·Helping to prepare and run training sessions as required by the team and the wider business.
·Working with the management team as a trusted advisor ensuring they hire what they need, not what they think they want.
·Driving external fees to 3rd party suppliers to £0.
·Helping to create successful campaigns that generate a sustainable pipeline of talent. Work with our Marketing team to bring great messages to life.
·Proven track record in a similar position.
·Experience within R2R would be preferred.
·Adds tangible value to the business.
·Attitude, skills, and behaviours that inspire confidence in the management team.
·Leads on initiatives and operates with minimum instruction.
·Delivery of team hiring plans & goals.
·Delivers strong ratios for self and group that support this role.
·Advisor in onboarding helping develop independent thinkers within teams.
·Excellent Inter-personal skills.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·Ability to deal with lots of different types of candidates in a professional manner.
·Desire to learn and execute detailed operational plans.
·Working Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
·Diplomatic and Intelligent communicator.
