Our high-end client is looking for a 2ND Line level IT engineer keen to pursue a unique position within their IT department. The role of IT concierge will be to act as first point of contact for all IT queries for global users.

The individual will have fantastic communication skills and the ability to work in a high-pressured environment. As the IT Concierge you will play a critical part in the IT team and will be the first point of contact for all IT related queries, particularly for the global users. This will include VIP users from Asia, Europe and the US. You will be required liaise with them on a daily basis regarding communication across the global offices. Due to the nature of the role you will need to be flexible on working unsociable hours and be available to assist the VIP users out of hours. However, as a result of this you will be given some flexibility on working hours.

·Act as the first point of contact for all IT queries for global users. You will be required to ensure all issues are dealt with according to the agreed SLA’s.
·Provide IT support at a 2nd line level for VIP users and escalate to the appropriate teams. Monitor the resolution and report accordingly.
·Keep up to date with the running of the IT Service Delivery team and communicate all updates effectively to the relevant stakeholders.
·Provide guidance and organise global conferencing calls, ensuring all relevant IT/AV equipment and meeting rooms are booked.
·Liaise with global teams to organise meetings, and relay accurate information.
·Ensure that you are available to be contacted by global users, which will require some out of hours work.

Essential Skills & Experience:
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must speak fluent English.
·Experience of working in a relevant role, providing 2nd Line support.
·Excellent knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, with qualifications such as MCSA and MCP being extremely beneficial.
·Proven ability of supporting, managing, administration of Office 365.
·Basic networking understanding, which will cover support and administration of Cisco VPN, Firewalls, DCHP and IP addressing.
·Experience managing AV systems.
·Previous experience of working with/knowledge of web security tools such as ZScaler.
·Proven experience of working with Cisco video conferencing, and troubleshooting.
·Support of remote and global users.
·Previous experience of supporting finance tools such as Hyperion.
·Ability to support Apple/IOS devices, this covers iPhones, iPads and Macs.
·WIFI troubleshooting.
Advantageous Skills & Experience:
·Being able to speak a European language, specifically French, Spanish or Portuguese is extremely advantageous.
·MSCA/MCP qualifications.
·Experience of supporting Lotus Notes.
·Previous experience of supporting finance tools such as Hyperion.
