18 months ago, Just IT Recruitment changed its mission statement to focus on being a passionate, creative recruitment company that was prepared to innovate and take risks in order to find the right solutions for its customers, employees and community.
To support this, we determined 7 supporting goals to help us, as well as a full people development framework that created a transparent career map for all of our staff. This framework focusses our intent to allow organic development of our people, and has ensured that 88% of our staff are improving quarter on quarter, leading to our business growing 50% year on year.
This framework allows our consultants the time and the autonomy to focus on building trusted relationships with our customers, and putting their needs at the forefront of any planning.
We are therefore delighted to have been recognised for efforts to foster personal and professional growth by being shortlisted for the Best People Development Business category in the REC IRP Awards 2014.
